Forestry companies , which have equipment equipped with cranes, e.g. harvesters, forwards, forest trailers, etc., are subject to technical condition inspections at the UDT.
Fortunately, this is not a complicated operation. You can make applications in two ways.
The first, standard way is to print the form, fill it out and submit it to your local branch of the UDT.

The second, definitely faster and simpler way involves registering an account on the online customer portal —–> https://eudt.gov.pl/ . This is a portal that will allow you to take advantage of a number of services offered by the Technical Supervisory Authority online such as:
- access to all information about your devices
- ability to view and download UDT documents
- alerts – reminders about important dates concerning your devices
- electronic correspondence with UDT
Making such registration is done by filling out the registration form and later confirming YOUR identity. You can do this in 3 ways:
- via a trusted profile
- by means of a qualified signature
- in person at a branch/office of the UDT with an identity document
Once you have completed the above steps without any problems, you can submit an application for registration of Your device, attach documentation of the device in Polish in two copies and wait for a response. Nothing more simple !
In summary, having such an account definitely makes contact with the Technical Supervision Authority faster and easier. All activities that previously seemed troublesome to carry out, now you can arrange without much difficulty.
